Mexican Hat Flower plants are herbaceous perennials which mean they may disappear in winter and return the following spring. The plants are narrow, just 30cm wide, and can grow to 90cm. The red and yellow, daisy-type flowers, which attract pollinators, resemble sombreros. Also called “Thimble Flower” or “Prairie Coneflower”.
